Flo Rida, Denzel Curry to perform at Juice Jam

University Union has announced that Flo Rida, Denzel Curry, Ryan Beatty and Rachel Grae will be performing at Juice Jam 2023. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, Sept. 13.

University Union announced on Tuesday that Flo Rida will headline Juice Jam’s 2023 lineup. Denzel Curry, Ryan Beatty and Rachel Grae will also perform at Skytop Field on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023. Doors open at 12:30 p.m.

Florida native, Flo Rida, has been nominated for multiple Grammys, including a 2009 nomination for his song “Wild Ones” from his Grammy-nominated album “R.O.O.T.S. (Route Of Overcoming The Struggle).” Flo Rida is also well known for his chart-topping songs, “Low,” “Right Round” and “Whistle.”

Curry is best known for his 2015 hit “Ultimate.” He was a member of the 2016 XXL Freshmen list alongside former Juice Jam performer 21 Savage. Curry released his fifth studio album, “Melt My Eyez See Your Future,” in 2022.

Beatty released his third album, “Calico,” in April of this year. The album was primarily recorded in Valentine Recording Studios, a historical recording spot in his hometown of Los Angeles. “Calico” contained numerous hits, including “Ribbons.”



Grae was the fourth performer announced by UU this afternoon. She recently released a single in 2023 titled “Hope You’re Proud,” which has over 150,000 listens on Spotify. Syracuse student Mark Samuel will also DJ at the event.

Tickets are available at $25 with a valid SU/ESF ID and can be purchased through students’ MyCuse Account. They go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 13, at 12 p.m. Printed tickets will be available for pick-up from Sept. 18-22 at Gate E of the JMA Wireless Dome.

The JMA Wireless Dome Bag Policy will be in effect during Juice Jam, meaning backpacks, professional cameras, alcohol, drugs and re-entry will not be permitted. Shuttles will be running from College Place to Skytop Field at 12 p.m.
